The shell of this series of resistance furnaces is made of thin steel plates welded by folding, and the surface is treated with high temperature resistant paint. The inner furnace lining is a rectangular integral furnace lining made of silicon refractory material.

The spiral heating element made of iron-chromium-aluminum alloy passes through the upper, lower, left and right wire grooves of the inner furnace lining. The furnace lining is a sealed structure.

The furnace door brick of the electric furnace is made of light refractory material, the inner furnace lining is made of high alumina brick, and the insulation layer between the furnace lining and the furnace shell is made of refractory fiber and expanded perlite products.

K-type (silicon carbon rod couple) thermocouple for temperature measurement is inserted through the thermocouple hole behind the electric furnace and fixed by the fixing seat. The temperature control instrument and controller are used together with the furnace, with high temperature control accuracy and convenient operation.
