The wire and cable integrity combustion testing machine is suitable for fire-resistant cables with a rated voltage not exceeding 600/1000V and an outer diameter of ≥ 20mm, to ensure the integrity of the circuit is maintained under fire conditions. This testing machine includes fire resistance test, water spray fire resistance test, and mechanical fire resistance test.

1. Fire resistance test: Sample support device: The sample holder has a total of 3 wire support rings, and the inner diameter of the metal ring is about 150 mm, and it is made of round steel rods with a diameter of (10 ± 2) mm. During the experiment, place the sample on a support ring, with one end of the sample fixed and clamped to prevent movement, and the other end supported to allow the sample to move longitudinally due to thermal expansion.

2. Water and fire resistance test: Sample support device: The test is connected to a metal support body composed of two steel bars with a width of 25mm ± 1mm, a length of 1150mm ± 25mm, and a thickness of 5.5mm ± 1mm through copper clips.

3. Mechanical vibration resistance and fire resistance test: Mechanical vibration device: The cable is fixed on a vertical wall and fixed on a steel plate with heat-resistant and non combustible materials. Wall and its installation: The wall is composed of heat-resistant and flame-retardant materials and fixed on two horizontal steel beams, one at the top of the board and the other at the bottom of the board. This board is approximately 900mm long, 300mm wide, and 9mm thick, and the total weight of the wall (i.e. board with supporting frame) is 10 ± 2 kg.
