    The entire experiment was conducted in a sealed laboratory with a volume of 4.32 cubic meters.

    Test method: Adjust the flame height, place the top of the flame under the specimen, burn for 15 seconds, extinguish for 15 seconds, repeat 5 times, and check the condition of the specimen. The combustion extinguishment time and number of repetitions can be set, and automatic operation can be performed.

    Main reference standards: This testing device meets the requirements of UL1581-2001 sections 1060 (vertical/FT1 test, 1080 section VW-1 combustion test, 1090 section (horizontal combustion test for electrical wires), and 1100 section (horizontal specimen/FT2 combustion test).

    Technical specifications:

    1. The test box adopts an aluminum alloy frame+electrolytic plate electrostatic spraying, which has the characteristics of beautiful appearance, rust prevention and corrosion prevention

    2. The top of the box is equipped with a strong ventilation and smoke exhaust system. When the test is completed, it opens simultaneously with the air supply system, which can discharge the exhaust gas outdoors. During the test, this system is in a closed state.

    3. The rear side of the box is equipped with an air supply door. At the completion of the experiment, when the exhaust system is turned on, move it into the box

    Temperature measurement system:

    (1) The structure of the thermal sensor (copper conduit and thermocouple) should be electrolytic copper with extremely high conductivity. Length is 19.14+0.02mm

    (2) K-type thermocouple, equipped with a 0.5mm diameter stainless steel tube as the outer sleeve

    (3) The digital Taiwan Taishi thermometer matches the K-type thermocouple imported from the UK. Reading greater than 1000 ° C

    (4) The entire testing system is movable, and it is placed in the test box for temperature measurement.

    (5) Equipped with electronic stopwatch: precise to 0.1S (for backup during temperature measurement verification)

    Test equipment and test fixtures

    (1) Main fixtures: test bracket and combustion nozzle

    (2) Test bracket: made of stainless steel, with independent horizontal and vertical brackets, namely FT1 and FT2

    VW-1 has three specifications. The vertical bracket and the plane where the spray lamp is located are parallel to the observation window plane, making it easy to observe and operate.

    (3) Combustion spray lamp (UL1581 specified spray): meets the requirements of ASTM D5025-9 standard power: 500W vertical, 225W horizontal KT

    (4) Spitfire diameter: 0.90+0.03mm

    (5) Spray lamp length: 1.60+0.05mm,

    (6) The spray distance from the air inlet height is 102mm:

    (7) Spray angle: 90 degrees horizontally and 20 degrees vertically (the longitudinal axis is maintained in the vertical plane and forms a 20 degree angle with the vertical direction).
