This instrument is a new generation fully automatic Vickers hardness tester and tablet integrated design. Equipped with the Windows 7 operating system, it has all the functions of a computer. By using a built-in CCD image acquisition system, the tested indentation can be directly displayed on the tablet computer, and the touch screen buttons can automatically test the Vickers (or Knoop) hardness value. This solves the problem of using a microscope to measure the diagonal length of the indentation in a micro Vickers hardness tester. It avoids the irritation and visual fatigue caused by the light source of the microscope to the eyes, and protects the vision of the experimental personnel.

Using an industrial tablet computer combined with a hardness tester, all parameters required for testing are selected on the tablet computer, with clear and intuitive display and easy operation.

Equipped with a built-in CCD image acquisition system, the indentation display is clear and intuitive, and the hardness value can be read by simply touching the button.
